We all desire for fit body. Now a days we eat according to our body and keeps on worrying about gaining a fat. Being a girl, we dream for slim body while boys? dreams for abs. And to fulfil these dreams some of us join GYM while some of us perform regular yoga. Before using the fitness equipment, we should have proper information about them because if used wrongly they can be disadvantageous for our body. Treadmill Treadmill or a running machine is a machine that is designed for cardiovascular training. Cardiovascular often abbreviated to cardio is a type of exercise which is working the aerobic range. It?s an exercise for the heart increasing the heart rate, increasing the blood flow which in turn will use up some of your body fan. So, the advantages of using a treadmill for this, it?s very variable, you can walk or you can go much faster so you can go at running speed. Other advantages are that you can stop and start it, you can use for continuous training like a long steady speed of maybe just for 30-40 minutes. This exercise will have effect on the way that your heart rates rises and in fact that is the way that your body burns body fat. This includes the angle, so you have a different angle. You can make the angle steeper, if the angle is steeper than obviously for the same speed you are burning up more calories which means ultimately you are burning more body fat. While doing this exercise you can also watch TV and listen to music, etc. One of the disadvantages of a treadmill especially if you?ve got a weak bones or weak joints and you?re doing a running exercise you can possibly end up with bad pain in knees because it is very high impact exercise. Free weights Free weights are mainly static loads where you stay in a single place and manipulate the weight from point A to point B. If you want to build strength you simply have to lift heavier weights. Free weights exercise requires you to either purchase weight equipment or a gym membership. Free weights are able to target the specific muscle groups. Whether you want to do Olympic lifts such as the snatch, or a big compound exercise like the deadlift, free weights are the way to go. Free weights also require you to learn how to perform each exercise correctly in order to avoid injury and making sure you work the right muscle groups. Assisted pull ups Assisted pull up assists you by providing counterweight upward pressure during lift. It is an advanced exercise for upper body strength training that stands out for Abs, shoulders, biceps, triceps, upper back muscles. It impacts our multiple joints and muscle groups simultaneously. It has tons of variations. Assisted pull up helps in easy progress and improves our physique. The use of Assisted pull ups decreases the risk of joint or tendon injuries. But for fitness it is not necessary for going GYM. We can exercise by keeping the equipments at home or can perform yoga, walking, etc. there are various tools at home that perform as a fitness equipment and so they can be useful as well.
