Return Policy

  • The client will pay Bonafide Research as specified on the website, accepting all of the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy while paying by credit card or wire/bank transfer. He or she is in charge of all use, sales, and related taxes and customs.
  • Payment cannot be undone once made. Due to the nature and format of the data, the company does not accept returns after delivery. The data is weak, but easily usable. Because it is digital data, it cannot be returned. Also, due to the sensitivity and significance of the data contained in reports, refunds are not permitted once the report has been sent. 
  • While no returns or refunds are permitted, Bonafide Research will investigate your case under unusual circumstances. After investigating the case, management has the authority to decide whether to issue a refund or return. If the report contains missing or partial data, the company will customize it.
