All the individuals go around various interview rounds which makes the selection process completely unbiased. These interview rounds help us to assess the capabilities of a candidate that he/she may bring to Bonafide Research. During these rounds, we also respond to their queries and the role that the candidate is being evaluated for. The intent, again, is to help the candidate make an informed decision.
Bonafide Research offers internship opportunities to interested individuals throughout the year. Market Research internships are the best way to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical application of the knowledge imparted in books. All the interest candidates are required to apply with their resumes. After screening the applications, the internship is granted to selected individuals. Since last five years, we offered an internship to more than 40 candidates from a diverse background.
We have started visiting campuses all over India. On most campuses, we start with a pre-placement discussion, to inform aspirants about our company and the role(s) that we plan to offer. The intent is to help candidates make informed decisions. This is followed by a written test, which is an elimination round. Thereafter, shortlisted candidates go through multiple rounds of interviews, before a final offer is made.
