Job Location:Jetalpur Road, Vadodara

Responsible to generating sales leads (online/offline), gather contact details of prospective clients and contact them for company’s products which include syndicated research reports, custom market research assignment, various consulting projects, social media marketing etc.

• Responsible for generating outbound sales (APAC/Europe) through leads database (paid access) and contact them for company’s products which include syndicated research reports, custom market research assignment, various consulting projects etc. 


• We shall pass on inbound leads (APAC/Europe) as well and from both means she shall have healthy sales pipeline in place and maintain the database of client (leads, prospects, quotation, negotiation) and would be doing regular follow-up with client companies, share marketing material, create/share sample reports, send quotations, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them, and converting them into successful clients.


• Co-ordinate with pre-sales team who are generating leads, if contact details are not right reach to the client then reach to prospective clients by other means (landline calls, Linkedin other email software).


• Responsible for the preparation of brochure, industry-specific presentations, email marketing campaigns etc. and get in touch with journalists to maintain healthy relationships with to promote the company’s services in the local and international markets.


• In addition to direct sales, the person would be keeping healthy relations with the existing business partners and coordinating with them for sample request, discount, report dispatch, after sales support. He/ She would be responsible to expand our quality publisher`s network.


• Looking after generating regular feedbacks from the clients in order to improve overall client satisfaction for the company’s products and services.


• Responsible for competition tracking and give continuous feedback to marketing & research team and help improve Press Release, Report Description, Sample reports, etc.


• She should attend the queries 24*7 and efficiently respond to any online (Tidio) or telephone queries (Skype) in a calm and friendly manner.

Desired Profile:

• Fresh/Experienced management graduate (BBA/MBA) any specialization with excellent written and oral communication, organizational or project management skills.


• Ability to take responsibility of assigned tasks and work with minimum guidance.


• Motivated self-starter & able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.


• Proficiency in MS Office (power point, excel and word)
