The person would be responsible to decide upon the market studies/topics to be researched, finalizing table of contents/scope/structure of the market research studies to complete the in-depth market assessment for individual MICRO and MACRO markets.
Collect data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
Compiling, analyse and interpret information from both internal and external sources, providing insights and market/industry report writing with a logical structure.
Successfully initiating, executing, and delivering research projects involving market assessment & sizing, competitive analysis & and benchmarking industry/sector analysis, etc.
Track specific industries and develop yourself as an industry specialist, contribute market insights and analyst briefings, and consult fortune companies for enhancing their profitability.
The person would write a research report on the Global/ Regional/ Country market with an executive summary, like PEST, five forces, policy & regulatory aspects of the market, raw materials scenario, production process, distribution channel, trade dynamics etc.
The person would explain the drivers/challenges of the market & identify upcoming market trends, and give strategic recommendations related to the need for existing and new entrants.
The person would be writing the marketing material including but not limited to sample reports, press releases, report descriptions, etc.
Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, collect company history, geographical presence/dominance, and segmental insights, and collect product or service information with pricing and packaging terms.
The person would extract raw materials, manufacturing units, production/ operational capabilities, supply chain & logistics network, marketing activities & sales capabilities, awards & recognition, etc.
He/ She would evaluate market positioning, gather financial information, evaluate past performance, and extract future strategies.
They would make sure that the content is 100% unique with no plagiarism in the report, performing the standard quality checks and rectifying the mistakes.
Effectively work and communicate with team members to accomplish specific tasks in a timely, efficient & productive manner and define new process improvement opportunities.
Timing: It would be Monday to Saturday from 09:00 am to 06:30 pm (with one hour break) but according to leads the person would be adjusting their timings. We remain closed for 12 days in a year and the employee can take 1 leave/month for the first six months then 1.5 leaves/ month then after.
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business / Engineering / Economics / Mathematics / English / Journalism / Mass communication
Excellent oral & written communication skills (Schooling in English medium preferred).
Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and work with minimum guidance.
Motivated self-starter & able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, excel, and word)
